The Polish Scouting and Guiding Association has received an official letter from the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs in ensuring cooperation at visa convenience for scouts attending the World Scout Jamboree in 2023.
“The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs wishes to express its full support for the candidacy of Poland as a country hosting the World Jamboree in 2023. We would like to assure you of our hospitality in the area of visa policy, yet warmly invite Scouts from around the world to Poland. “- Wrote the Undersecretary of Polish State of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr Artur Nowak-Far to the scouts.
The letter declares that the Schengen visa procedures will be applied in such a way as to facilitate the submission of visa applications and waiver of fees representatives of the organizations and participants Scout Jamboree under 25 years of age and emphasizes that the Ministry will make reasonable efforts to cooperate in this regard with the remaining countries of the Schengen Group.
