Central European Jamboree 2016 in Poland!

Central European Jamboree is a periodic event organized for the scouts from the countries form Visehrad Group. The CEJ is a continuation of Slavic Scouts Jamboree which was organized first time in 1932. Every two years we can meet and spend time together. In 2016 this jamboree will be organized in Wroclaw.

From 4 to 14 of August 2000 scouts from Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia will meet in Poland to spend time together.

The CEJ will take place in one of the most beautiful cities in Poland – Wroclaw. Located in Lower Silesia city is a great compilation of history and modernity. Wroclaw is a important cultural, touristic, academic and economic center. The city of a thousand years is abundant with world-class historic monuments and cultural objects. Worth mentioning is the fact that Wroclaw was chosen as the European Capital of Culture for 2016.

The motto of the CEJ 2016 is “The art of scouting”. We think that art is something which can merge scouts, give them the possibility to express their own thoughts and to develop various skills.

What’s waiting for you at the event:
artistic workshops prepared by professionals,
various trips organised in the region of Lower Silesia – hiking with a lot of attractions (bikes, canoeing)
scout service to the local community,
location-based games,
festivals and concerts,
central place with diverse activities (circus, sport activities, cooking, crafts etc.);
